For coaches
Coach your clients in Gleb Flow Fit
Clients train in their own app; you see their workouts and progress, plan weeks ahead, and leave reviews. It all starts with an invite link — no spreadsheets, no screenshots.
What you get
-
Clients and their progress
Recent workouts, strength trends, and weight and measurements (if the client allows) on one client card.
-
Plans weeks ahead
Assign a workout to a date or lay templates over weekdays for 1–12 weeks at once. The client sees them on Today, marked “From coach”.
-
A calendar of all clients
A week day by day: what was done, what is planned, and which appointments are coming.
-
Signals that need attention
The client list shows overdue workouts, “No plan ahead”, 28-day completion, and workouts you have not reviewed.
-
Workout reviews
A short note on a completed workout. If the client corrects the result later, you see “Result changed”.
-
Recording at the gym
At an in-person session you enter the client's sets on your phone. If the client edits the same set at the same time, nobody's data is silently overwritten.
-
Appointments
Book timed appointments with a place and a note. Overlaps are refused; the client sees the appointment and can cancel it.
Getting started in 5 steps
-
Turn on coach mode
Sign up or sign in. Open the profile menu (the person icon, top right) → “Coach mode”, or Settings → “For coaches”. Enter the name your clients will see.
-
Create an invite link
Tap “Invite a client”. The link works once and for 7 days. Copy it or share it straight to Telegram or WhatsApp. One link, one client.
-
The client accepts
The client opens the link, signs in or signs up for free, and chooses what you get: planning workouts, recording results at in-person sessions, weight and measurements, history from today or all of it.
-
Assign workouts
The client appears under Clients. Open the card → “Assign a workout”: one date or “By weeks”. System programs and your own templates both work.
-
Coach
Follow completed workouts and progress, leave reviews, watch the signals and the calendar. At an in-person session tap “Record”; book appointments under “Appointments” on the client card.
What the client sees and decides
- The account, workouts, and history belong to the client and stay with them if coaching ends.
- The client chooses your access and can change it any time: Settings → “My coach”.
- By default you see workouts from the day you connected. The client can open the full history if they want.
- Weight and measurements and recording at the gym are separate permissions, off by default.
- A coach cannot publish anything on the client's behalf or change the client's own workouts.
Questions
Does the client need to install anything?
No. Gleb Flow Fit runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen to open like an app.
Can I coach a client without their own account?
No: every client has an account because the history and progress are theirs. Signing up takes a minute.
The link expired or got lost — what now?
Create a new one with “Invite a client”. Unused invitations are listed on the Clients screen and can be revoked.
The client already has a coach in the app. Can I connect them?
A client has one coach at a time. They first disconnect the current one: Settings → “My coach” → “Disconnect coach”.
The client trained alone before. Will I see those workouts?
Only if they choose to share all of their history when connecting or later in settings. Otherwise you see workouts from the day you connected.
How do I stop coaching a client?
Tap “End coaching” on the client card or in the list. Their data stays with them and future appointments are cancelled. Turning coach mode off ends coaching for every client.
Ready to try?
